1. What this extension is

TrackerScout changes how pages you open yourself are displayed in your own browser: it unfolds spoilers, shows images at full size, marks topics you have already read, opens unread ones and can start a download that the page itself links to. It hosts no content, indexes nothing, and ships with no list of sites — you decide which site to connect and grant access to it explicitly.

2. Your responsibility

Which sites you connect and which files you download is your decision and your responsibility. You are expected to comply with the rules of the sites you visit and with the law that applies to you. We are not a party to anything you download and we do not host, distribute or endorse it.

3. The free plan and Pro

The core features are free. A monthly Pro subscription lifts the free plan's limit on topics opened per month and unlocks the extras described in the extension: the new-post radar, bulk downloading and the image-host helpers.

Price: approximately US$2 per month. The exact amount and currency are shown by lava.top before you pay.
Billing: the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
Cancellation: at any time in your lava.top account. Cancelling stops future charges; the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
Payments and refunds are handled by lava.top under their terms. Refund requests go through lava.top; write to thenolandiam@gmail.com if you need help with one.
Devices: one subscription unlocks a limited number of devices. Sharing a subscription key publicly may result in it being revoked.

4. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area

These rights apply on top of everything above, and nothing in these terms limits them.

14-day right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from a Pro subscription within 14 days of the day it starts, without giving a reason and without penalty. A subscription is a digital service that begins the moment you activate it, and the law lets us ask you to waive the right in exchange for that immediate start — we do not ask. Write to thenolandiam@gmail.com from the address you paid with, or open a request in your lava.top account, and we cancel the subscription and return the payment.
When the money comes back. Within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal, by the same means you paid with.
Renewals. The right above covers the first payment of a subscription. If a renewal is charged after you cancelled, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we refund that one too.
Complaints. Write to thenolandiam@gmail.com — every message is answered. If we cannot settle it between us, you may take the matter to the consumer protection authority or the alternative dispute resolution body of the country you live in.
Statutory rights. The mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply regardless of what is written here, including the statutory guarantee that a paid digital service works as described.

5. No warranty

The extension is provided "as is". Sites change their markup without warning, and a feature that works today may stop working tomorrow; we fix such breakage when we can but cannot guarantee that any particular site keeps working. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the extension.

6. Changes and termination

These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the extension after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it.

7. Who you are dealing with
